The important role played by Tyrexpo India in connecting domestic suppliers to export buyers around the world has been recognised by the decision of a leading Indian Government agency to exhibit at the exhibition in July.
CAPEXIL (Chemicals and Allied Products Export Promotion Council) is a not-for-profit organisation established in 1958 by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India, to promote exports of Chemical and Allied Products. It now represents more than 3,500 member companies across India, many of whom are involved in the export of tyres, rubber materials and associated products.
CAPEXIL describes itself as ‘the voice of Indian business community’ and its decision to support Tyrexpo India 13 has been welcomed by Paul Farrant, managing director of ECI International, the organiser of the show:
“We are delighted that CAPEXIL has confirmed its involvement with Tyrexpo India, providing official Government recognition of the valuable role the show can play in bringing together Indian exporters with the many hundreds of influential overseas buyers who will visit Chennai in July.
“We look forward to working with CAPEXIL officials and member companies to maximise the huge international potential that exists for the Indian tyre and automotive products that will be exhibited at the show.”
As part of the co-operation established between the two parties, a CAPEXIL Pavilion will be featured during the show, offering expert advice, guidance and information to suppliers and acting as a meeting place for buyers and producers to talk business.
The second staging of Tyrexpo India will cover all aspects of the international tyre and workshop equipment sector. New tyres for all applications; retreads; repair materials; garage machinery and workshop equipment; tools; accessories; consumables and associated services will all be represented in-depth at the exhibition.
The three-day exhibition will take place at the Chennai Trade Centre, Chennai, India from 9-11 July 2013. For more information visit the show website at
CAPEXIL offers a full range of services to Indian exporters and foreign importers. Acting as an interface between Government and members regarding trade and policy related matters, it provides members with an indispensable information gateway and helping hand. From preparation of authentic market reports to analysis of Indian export trends across country, product or other parameters - it serves exporters as a resource of global trade data.
