The 2nd Edition of the Oman Cleaning & Facilities Management Conference & Exhibition-OCFM, patronized by the Ministry of Manpower & Muscat Municipality will be held from 5-6 February 2018 at Sheraton Oman Hotel, Muscat. The latest edition to OITE's (Oman International Trade & Exhibitions) event portfolio launched in 2016, OCFM is Oman's dedicated Confex for facilities management (FM) & cleaning.
Connecting Oman's FM community & tracking the growth outlook of related sectors, the 'OCFM Exhibition' will target the region's industry leaders offering solutions related to facilities management, commercial cleaning, façade access, security, pest control, building maintenance & beautification & smart FM technology.
Ushering in a new era of increased productivity in property management through soft services integration & technological advancement, the 'OCFM Conference' will house informative speaker sessions spanning two days & covering themes under the broader topics of Facilities Management and Pest Control & Pesticides.
With the Smart Building Market estimated at 31.74 Billion USD by 2022, the present moment is opportune for exploring smart building technology solutions that aid property owners in managing their operational energy costs and risks. In this respect, OCFM Workshops on Smart FM will guide the FM community on investment in products that aid the development of the fully automated smart building processes.
